Data Deletion

Email admin@vitechsolar.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your full name.
• The phone number or email address you used when you contacted us.

We use these details only to find your records and confirm the request is really from you. We may ask a follow-up question if we cannot match your records.

We delete the personal information linked to you, including your contact details, inquiries and messages, form answers, calculator details such as your electric bill, site survey schedules, and staff notes about your inquiry.

We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days and let you know by email once it is done.

Some records must be kept by law even after a deletion request, for example quotations we have issued, payment records and receipts needed for tax and accounting. We keep only what is required, for as long as it is required, and do not use it for anything else.

If you submitted one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shared your form answers (such as your name, phone number, email and location) with Vitech Solar. To have us delete them, send the same email to admin@vitechsolar.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, and include the name and the phone number or email you entered on the form.

This deletes the copy we hold. Meta keeps its own records of your activity on Facebook and Instagram, which you can manage in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
